Talkin Tarn, a beautiful natural lake where you can spend time walking, fishing or hire a rowing boat or even try windsurfing. Gelt Wood where you can walk along the fast flowing River Gelt and see the Roman quarry where stone was taken to build Hadrian's Wall.
